Our male and female staff are all ex serving British army and are all qualified fitness instructors, so you are in safe hands at all times for all classes that we run. We put maximum effort into you, so you can be the Best You Can Be.
We run our sessions mainly for civillians,but we can also cater for anyone wishing to build on there fitness for the armed forces,public sectors and organisations.
BOOTCAMP Physical Training have had a 100% success rate with members wishing to pass their physical fitness tests for the Armed Forces. If you are either joining the Military or wish to build on your current fitness then we can help!
We specialise in fitness assessments for all types of Forces and if you are currently part of a company or public service (Military or Civilian) that requires a standard level of fitness or required to undertake fitness assessments then we can help.
Team members have created new friendships, their confidence and motivation has increased, and most of all their body shape, size and fitness levels have all improved significantly in just 10 weeks.
Classes are split into two fitness levels; Beginners (B squad) and Advanced (A squad) with everyone coming together for group training and team events.
