Our male and female staff are all ex serving British army and are all qualified fitness instructors, so you are in safe hands at all times for all classes that we run. We put maximum effort into you, so you can be the Best You Can Be.
We run our sessions for adults,but we can also cater for anyone wishing to build on there fitness for the armed forces,public sectors and organisations.

Classes are split into three fitness levels; Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced with everyone coming together for group training.

On the last Sunday of every month we are going to introduce a new session called DOWN and DIRTY.This will be once a month (09:30 - Finish) for 1-2 hours of mud,water and mayhem.The ideal chance to test your wits in harsh conditions,This session is suitable for all levels of fitness,and we guarantee you will love it.

From the start of September through to march,headtorches are a compulsary item of equipment you will need to purchase in order to take part in our evening sessions.
We do have floodlights on the park during the winter months,but we also train off the park,in the woods and surrounding areas.
