The Bootcamp Physical Training programme is designed around group fitness and confidence building.

BOOTCAMP Physical Training staff have served in the British Army and all are qualified fitness instructors and First Aiders.

BOOTCAMP Physical Training have had a 100% success rate with members wishing to pass their physical fitness tests for the Armed Forces. If you are either joining the Military or wish to build on your current fitness then we can help!

We specialise in fitness assessments for all types of Forces and if you are currently part of a company or public service (Military or Civilian) that requires a standard level of fitness or required to undertake fitness assessments then we can help.

BOOTCAMP Physical Training Hold sessions at Delapre Park in Northampton, with floodlights across the park during dark evening sessions. We work you hard but also have a lot of fun too.

Team members have created new friendships, their confidence and motivation has increased, and most of all their body shape, size and fitness levels have all improved significantly in just 10 weeks.

Classes are split into two fitness levels; Beginners (B squad) and Advanced (A squad) with everyone coming together for group training and team events.
